An article in the Women’s Health Magazine shared that researchers from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine recently published results from their study in the journal PLOS ONE, that doing one thing early in the morning can promote a lower BMI (Body Mass Index) like those in their study. No difference their diet or their level of activity, the participants who spent a few minutes doing this all had lower BMI. Remarkable!
