Prevent Blisters with Paper Tape

Feet blisters can happen to runners, walkers, workers or anyone whose shoes repetitively rub against the skin. Very painful, even leading to bleeding, and potential for infection, blisters can put an end to moving on your feet until the pain subsides and healing ensues.

Shoe Advice Anyone?

Today I need YOUR Advice. I need your suggestions for the most comfortable shoes that you totally love if you walk a lot at work. I’m looking for a nice flat and a pump. Here’s what I’ve got going on…

woman walking in red pumpsI walk a lot each day, between five buildings, over a bridge, and back, again and again. So much so that a Security Guard asked me if I wear a Pedometer to see how far I go each day. I totally love the walking, and getting out and about all day long.

My feet, on the other hand, are hurting. Badly. I think they have spread a bit, and maybe grown. Might be an 11 1/2 wide. I do know an 11 hurts the top, medium really, really hurts my little toes. Blisters and calluses. I’m having pedicures regularly, which does help a lot.

The only pair that is comfortable is my old, and I mean like 20 years old, Trotters weaved loafer flats. They are great, I’ve had them resoled a few times, but I would like to wear a different color flat, and a navy and black pump for my power meetings. I’ve tried Naturalizer – didn’t help, even hurt more.

Any one wear Beautifeel Shoes?

What do you think? What do you recommend?

Any one wear “character” shoes? What brand?

They have to look professional and business like, while at the same time like tennis shoes in comfort and wearability.

I look forward to your suggestions! My feet thank you!
